7-A Ranch was born from a simple frustration: it had become almost impossible to find beef that tasted the way it used to. The beef our father grilled on Sunday afternoons. The beef our grandfather raised on his own land.
So we started raising it ourselves. On open pasture. On native grasses. With patience instead of feedlots, and care instead of growth hormones. Every animal lives a good life. Every cut tells the truth about how it was raised.
